1. Payment Terms: All successful appointments for consultations and services must be paid in full. Some services may be payable in full upon booking. Some services may incur a deposit upon booking. When this is the case, the amount of your deposit is deducted from the final cost of your appointment.

2. Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel/rearrange your appointment no less than 48rs before no cancellation fee is charged. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy.

3. No-shows: Note that you will be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment or if you have not followed pre-care for aesthetic services and your practitioner deems it unsafe to proceed with your treatment.

4. Changes to This Policy: We may update our Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
